I write about decisions, leadership, and the gap between how things are supposed to work and how they actually do.

I have spent twenty-two years in sales and leadership across multiple industries and countries, building teams and businesses in places where there was no playbook and no safety net. That work taught me how to read rooms, see patterns across industries, and name things that most people around the table are thinking but nobody is saying.

Now I write about what I’ve learned and what I’m still figuring out. Stick around for observations about trust, decision quality, and what it actually looks like to lead when the template doesn’t fit. I also host McStay on What Matters, a podcast where I talk with experienced operators about how they think through the hard calls.

If you’re someone who makes decisions that carry real weight and you’re tired of leadership content that sounds good but says nothing, this is for you.
